The boat is the base. Gulmarg, Pahalgam, Sonamarg and the gardens are arranged around it — built for your dates rather than sold off a shelf.
How we work
The Houseboat Stay Is the Base. Everything Else Fits Around It.
We are a houseboat agency first. So rather than moving you between four hotels, we usually keep you on one boat on Dal Lake and run the valley as day trips — out after breakfast, back for dinner on the water.
Where a night away genuinely makes the trip better — Pahalgam in the Lidder valley, say — we will say so and arrange it. What we will not do is publish an itinerary we have not run, or a price we have not confirmed with the driver and the owner.

Questions About Kashmir Tours
Do you sell fixed tour packages?
Not yet. The four cards on this page are templates showing the shape a package will take — nights, route, inclusions — and are clearly marked as unconfirmed. We would rather build the trip around your dates than sell you an itinerary we have not run.
What is included in a Kashmir tour?
The houseboat stay is the base; everything else is arranged around it — cabs, day trips, transfers, a shikara ride.
How much does a tour cost?
Rates on request. Cab rates, hotel rates outside Srinagar and houseboat rates all change by season, so we price the trip once the itinerary is real rather than publishing a figure we cannot honour.
Can we do day trips and sleep on the houseboat every night?
Yes, and many people prefer it. Gulmarg, Pahalgam, Sonamarg and Doodhpathri are all doable as day trips from Srinagar, so you keep the same room on the water throughout.
Do you arrange the cabs and drivers yourselves?
We arrange them through drivers we work with in Srinagar.
